Planning a winter trip to Jackson Hole and wondering what you should expect? I'll tell you now: you can expect fun, snow, and memories that you'll treasure forever. You can also expect lots of new stuff to enjoy! Here are just a few of the updates coming to Jackson Hole for the 2022-2023 ski season.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is constantly updating and improving their facilities. This winter, you'll find a new high-speed quad chairlift in place of the original Thunder lift that was installed in 1994. Construction and installation is expected to finish in October, so it will be fresh for the start of ski season!
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort plans to expand their 220 acres of snowmaking coverage by adding seven acres of coverage to Crags Run. They will also add the ability to reserve lift tickets online in advance and increase their efforts to maintain sustainable tourism.
Excited to explore new bike trails? Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is expanding their mountain biking by adding four new downhill trails: Solitoga, Deer Jumps, Dirty Harry, and Deepest Dark. All will be accessible via Sweetwater Gondola.
