In honor of its 35th birthday, the National Museum of Wildlife Art will host a special event every month through April 2023. The kickoff celebration is on Friday, June 3, from 5 PM to 7 PM. Guests can enjoy food, drinks, and an exclusive look at the newest exhibit, Bonheur & Beyond: Celebrating Women in Wildlife Art. Sloshies from The Liquor Store will be provided for the first 200 guests, along with delicious sliders from Palate. Guests can also enjoy non-alcoholic lemonade and water. To make the environment extra festive, Strumbucket will play live music at the entrance. The kickoff event is free to attend!

Other events are still being announced, but there will be a visitors’ choice event in July, free admission each day for the 35th visitor in November, and a Blacktail Gala in February.

Built into the side of the National Elk Refuge, the National Museum of Wildlife Art holds more than 5,000 artworks representing wild animals from around the world. The work on display is by prominent artists such as Georgia O’Keeffe, Andy Warhol, Robert Kuhn, John James Audubon, and Carl Rungius. It is an amazing museum to visit!

The National Museum of Wildlife Art is excited to celebrate their anniversary with the public! Come pay them a visit when you're in town!
